At KUURTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all KUURTH tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
